As a System Security Architect in DevOps Foundation Services Agile Release Train (ART), you will take a leading role in shaping and driving the security strategy for our core DevOps platforms used by thousands of developers. You will work as part of the ART leadership, collaborating with system engineers, developers, and security champions to ensure that services are secure, compliant, and future-ready. Your input will help turn security into a true business enabler – contributing to the goal of being innovators of trust.
You will:
- Define, develop, and continuously evolve the ARTs security architecture
- Drive and maintain the security roadmap in line with enterprise and product strategies
- Support decision-making on risk mitigation, balancing innovation with compliance and efficiency
- Work closely with teams and security champions to embed best security practices into daily workflows
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews for new initiatives and features
- Participate in PI Planning and ART syncs to highlight and track security aspects of ongoing work
- Ensure contractual, legal, and standards compliance together with governance managers

Job requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years in security architecture, DevSecOps, or related roles within complex IT environments
- Strong hands-on know-how in DevOps practices, cloud and container security, IAM, application and infrastructure security, and network design
- Proven skills in threat modeling, pentesting, and risk assessment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and coach multiple teams, influencing at both strategic and technical levels
- Excellent analytical and holistic thinking, with a proactive, self-driven attitude
- Relevant diplomas and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, or cloud-focused equivalents (e.g. AWS Security Specialty) are a plus
